Changelog:	All factions can select a single Battle Standard. Dwarfs can now only select three banner runes. All factions can now only take a single Standard Bearer and single General. KoB Battle Standards are no longer free. Dragon slayers points are now calculated properly. Throwing axes now have the correct stat line. Reworked how unit 'handlers' work (packmasters, squig herders, etc.) Minor View mode updates.
